Engaged to manage the selection and implementation of multiple customer delivery software systems simultaneously. Documented business requirements, scored proposals, and selected the systems to be implemented. Oversaw both technology and business unit conversion activities to ensure seamless customer experience and on-time/on-budget delivery.
Developed and implemented a year-long, company-wide efficiency improvement program. Conducted benchmark assessment of all operations. Developed and implemented efficiency improvement plans for multiple lines of business resulting in $4 million in annual expense reductions and revenue enhancements. Identified and implemented efficiency improvements using a variety of techniques including business process re-design, functional outsourcing, volume-based staffing models, and process automation.
Managed restructuring and liquidation of $50 million distressed technology company. Projects included real estate leasing/sales, other business asset liquidations, negotiations with the IRS, and the resolution of over $10 million in trade credit and legal claims. Eventually marketed the business to potential acquirers, negotiated terms, and closed the liquidating transaction.
Engaged to analyze the financial situation of a non-profit institution and develop a forecast model to support strategic planning.
